Yep, I'm a gumby baby.
This was her first craniosacral fascial therapy from her Great Aunt Linda. Lizzy actually really enjoyed it and it was hilarious to see her body twist itself about. Linda did very little of the moving; she was really just there for support and to help the fascia unwind.
